Low Fell and Fellbarrow
The summer-like weather continues so we headed West and, parking at Thackthwaite, headed up Low Fell and Fellbarrow. Beautiful views from the former which almost felt we were back in Norway. The view from the top of Fellbarrow was less dramatic but with clear views out to sea.
Black Fell
The fine weather continues so we made a return trip towards Coniston and, starting from one of the National Trust car parks close to Tarn Hows, we headed up to the Tarn itself and on to Black Fell.
